PBS NewsHour is planning a full week of food stories for the week of Thanksgiving including a story on food and memory, food insecurity and local food.
I’m looking for people that have planned or are planning a locally sourced Thanksgiving meal to share their reasons for sticking to food found within a 100-mile radius, their tips for others wishing to do the same, and recipes. Because it’s not Thanksgiving without recipes.
