What is it about seasonal restaurants that always make them so special? The here then gone aspect? The food? The nostalgia? I’m not completely sure but beach food + a kitschy, retro 18-hole mini golf course next door = the North Fork’s Jennie’s at Drossos and one of my favorite seasonal restaurants on Long Island.
